ELOM LLC (ELOM) specializes in finding properties in jeopardy of losing their U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 rental subsidy. We acquire these properties, preserving their Section 8 while rehabilitating them and ensuring affordability for their remaining useful life. Here at ELOM, the objective is to create and provide long-term, safe, and reliable communities. Where appropriate, our tenants receive social services, providing important needs for families and seniors

ELOM principals have preserved properties representing approximately 5,000 rental units in Pennsylvania, Washington, Illinois, Virginia, Arizona, and California
